Online Debt Recovery Solution To Radically Improve Industry’s Customer Service Levels

A new online debt recovery service is set to revolutionise the collections industry, according to its pioneer Octempo:RM.

The Warrington-based cash flow management specialist has created a system for companies to log details of an outstanding debt – from anywhere in the world – on their website and receive up to the minute updates on the status of their case.

They believe it will make a major difference to the industry, which they claim is reliant on traditional processes and notorious for its poor communication with clients.

It also opens up cost effective international debt recovery to SMEs who would not previously have considered outsourcing due to the expense.

The firm has devised three packages, priced between £99 and £495, to suit companies with just one outstanding debt (the ‘Ruby’ package); up to 50 debts over a 12 month period (‘Sapphire’); or unlimited placements over the year (‘Emerald’).

Managing Director Julian Llewellyn said: “Our new service drives a coach and horses through the traditions of poor reporting and communication in the debt recovery industry.

“It will allow companies of all sizes to lodge debts online, along with invoices, orders, contracts and any notes they may have on the case.

“And they will also be able to check the status of their account in real-time – including every correspondence sent out to chase the debt, and every response from the debtor.”

Octempo:RM offers a range of services across the whole order to cash cycle, including sales ledger management, credit risk management, commercial credit control, and debt recovery.

Their modular solution allows companies to pick and choose from their services and only pay for what they use.
